This has accelerated some shifts in the use of technology such as CRM and Sales Pipeline software because of the limited ability to conduct sales processes in-person and remote access to programs.

Our 2021 study of 300 survey respondents and 20 in-depth interviews among sales professionals, in partnership with Canada’s leading public affairs and market research expert, Abacus Data, takes a deep dive into the perception of the growing use of technology in sales, and its ever-evolving role in the profession.
