Skills For Modern Sales Report

Throughout the global pandemic, it has become increasingly clear that a new skillset is required to reach success in virtual, commercial sales, Substantial and rapid changes in a professional selling context including information technology advancements and increased solution complexity, emphasized the need to analyze this skillset significantly.

In 2020, CPSA's Sales Advisory Council sought to understand the key skills for the modern sales environment to help the community hire, recruit and train more effectively through research conducted using a mixed-methods design.
