Board of Directors
CPSA′s Board of Directors consists of 12 voting members. Each board term is two
years, and members are eligible to run for a third term. CPSA′s president and CEO
is a non-voting director ex-officio.
The board′s purpose is to guarantee the accountability of the Canadian Professional
Sales Association on behalf of members by assuring that it:
- Achieves appropriate results for the membership at an appropriate cost.
- Avoids unacceptable activities, conditions and decisions.
